Check and cash payments may be made in person before training at a designated meetup.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Payment for all sessions is due in full at the time of scheduling. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.
More than 72 hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge Your payment will be refunded or applied to your new session.
24 - 72 hours notice: A 50% session fee is due. The remaining 50% will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled session.
Less than 24 hours notice, or no show: The full session fee (100%) is due and is non-refundable.
Emergencies: We understand that genuine emergencies happen, such as a sudden illness, hospitalization, or a death in the family. If you must cancel or reschedule because of an emergency, please contact us as soon as you can. Lane cancellation fees may be waived or your payment applies to a rescheduled session at our discretion. We may ask for reasonable verification, and repeated emergency cancellations may not qualify.
How to cancel or reschedule: Notice must be given by phone/email/or text to 678-628-3886 or joycekeetondogtraining@gmail.com. The time of your notice determines which fee applies.
